Data Security
As part of our data security we have implemented an Information Security Management System in our operations that is in compliance with the international standard ISO 27001:2005.
The certification was granted by Det Norske Veritas (DNV) and accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS), one of the most prestigious accreditation bodies in the world.
With the ISO 27001:2005 certification, our company has become one of the first organizations to obtain such recognition in the Latin American BPO industry.
Becoming certified by the international standard ISO 27001:2005 has enhanced the credibility of our organization. The norm clearly creates a real commitment to maintain the security of information. Likewise, it has transformed our corporate culture, both internally and externally, opening new business opportunities with clients aware of the importance of security, while improving ethical and professional level of employees and the notion of confidentiality in the workplace.
Technology
At the core of all of our services we have a reliable and redundant technology infrastructure that allows us to provide uninterrupted and scalable solutions for our clients. SSS and SF have carefully selected our team of senior IT professionals for in-house program development and has chosen the best technology partners for its services. Quality
Quality of service is at the core of everything Synergies does. Clients and staff are both treated with the same level of courtesy and professionalism. Synergies staff members are trained to perform with high standards geared to our clients’ needs. We apply lessons learned from each experience to improve the delivery of our services.
Synergies utilizes a fully integrated NICE system and has dedicated quality assurance agents that are constantly monitoring production inputs and results. You can expect transparent reporting with access to remote shadow monitoring. Our agents receive coaching and additional training to improve their performance daily.
Social Responsibility
Synergies Strategic Services and Synergies First are focused on being socially responsible corporate citizens.
Our program, “Synergies Cares”, was designed at the start of the company back in 2006. Its objective is to contribute to the different community programs around the city. Some of these programs are as followed:
- Annually, our employees take gifts to Hospital Arturo Grullon (a children’s hospital for the needed). A portion of the funds collected in this program are made through the acquisition of Synergies Stars by the companies. The balance is provided by the companies.
- Monthly donations are made to support various aid programs for churches such as; Parroquia San Andrés, Parroquia San Jose, Parroquia Nuestra Senora de Fatima and Parroquia San Ramón.
- Our companies, SSS and SF, contribute to educational programs, through providing half scholarships for people with limited resources, and good academic standards.
- Donations are made to institutions such as: “Rehabilitación para Niños Especiales “(Rehabilitation for Children with Special Needs), for cancer and blind associations, Casa de Emaus, Patronato de Bomberos, among others.
- Equipment to Public Schools.
- Monthly support to “El Centro de Cuidado Infantil” (Children Care Center) where food and educational programs are provided (from 8 am to 5 pm) to children of less fortunate families between the ages of 6 months through 6 years. In centers around Santiago’ lower income neighborhoods.
- Many cultural activities are sponsored by SSS and SF for the students at Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, such as seminars for the associations of Business, Engineering and Human Resources.
